Yes, Scantex accepts purchase orders from public schools. A copy of the purchase order needs to be e-mailed, faxed, or mail to us for processing.
Yes, Scantex accepts purchase orders from private schools. Please contact Scantex directly to determine what is needed to set up an account.
No, Scantex does not accept credit cards from outside the United States. If the billing address or credit card issuer is outside the United States, our website will decline the order. However, your credit card issuer may put a pending hold on the funds. This is not a charge by Scantex. Scantex is unable to remove the pending hold. You would need to contact your credit card issuer for assistance. Scantex highly suggests that you do not try to place an order on our website unless your credit card is issued by a bank in the United States and the billing address is in the United States.

Our website will add sales tax to all orders shipping to the following states:

Every state has different tax rules but our friendly sales team will let you know exactly what we would need from you to get you set up with a tax exempt account. Shipping FAQ
All in stock items ship withing 1 business day. Delivery time range from 1 - 6 business days. Please contact us to determine when you can expect your order.
Shipping is based on the weight of your package and the zip code the package is shipping to.
You can determine shipping charges without setting up an account by add the item(s) to your shopping cart. View cart and input your zip code at the bottom of the page. Click on Submit and the website will give you your shipping charges.
***Please note: If your order is over $2000.00 and shipping in the contiguous United States, you qualify for free shipping by UPS Ground or common carrier. Scantex reserves the right to determine what is the best way to ship an order.
